This fully funded PhD position focuses on spiking neural networks (SNNs) and neuromorphic computing to enable robots to act swiftly, robustly, and efficiently in uncontrolled environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop robots capable of continuous inference, prediction, and adaptation to dynamic environments.
- Dive into tactile exploration and active sensing using cutting-edge neuromorphic platforms.
- Collaborate with world-class researchers and contribute to the next generation of embodied intelligence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Passion for coding, robotics demos, and teamwork.
- Background knowledge in computer vision, SNNs, and computational neuroscience is a plus!
